Ron and Vera live in a 3 Bedroom Detached bungalow in Essex. They decided to purchase a 1.28 kW (8 panel) photovoltaic system from Rayotec as they had cash in the bank that was simply losing money as a result of low interest rates. They said:
The returns from PV is two folds because it reduces electricity bill and I am also paid for producing power!
We asked Ron and Vera how they found the installation team and how they found living with solar and they responded:
All very good. It is very easy to live with - winter 2009, between November and 31st March the system produced 180 units, but from 1st April - 17th April, the system produced 100 units, so we are happy!
They came across Rayotec by pure luck- we sent a mailer and with that information they researched our Company on the internet.
Lastly we asked how they found working with Rayotec and they said:
It was very easy indeed, we were kept informed at all stages.
