Mrs Nash lives in a 4 bedroom maisonette with 1 person living in it in Bexhill on Sea, Essex. She purchased a 6 photovoltaic system (approximately 1kW peak) from Rayotec.
We asked her why she decided to install PV panels and she said:
For the environment and to reduce my electricity bills. Also my house faces south and I live on the south coast in a very sunny area, so hopefully an optimum position!
We asked Mrs Nash also what she thought of our installation team and how she finds living with solar and she responded:
The installation team were very good, they came when they said they would. They completed the work in the time stated and left the premises clean and tidy. Regarding the system itself, there is nothing to do, it just produces electricity during day light hours. I will see by the end of the year if it is saving me money. I am realistic and am realistically expecting to get my money back in 10 years. If it is less time, it will be a bonus!
Lastly we asked why she chose Rayotec over other suppliers and if her experience working with Rayotec was a good one and she told us:
I chose Rayotec because of their maildrop and having compared what they were offering, I decided they were the best for price, experience and quality. All at Rayotec were very helpful.
Finally we asked if there were any further comments they would like to make/improvements to be made and he replied with a request for improvement on information from power companies.
