Mr Neal lives in a 3 bedroom detached house in Hanworth, Middlesex. The house has an average occupancy of 2 adults. They chose to install solar heating as they partly wanted to save on their energy bills but also do good for the environment and take advantage of utilizing renewable energy rather than the depleting natural resources.
Upon a survey, it was recommended that a 2 panel Rayotec CPC6 system would be appropriate for their build, we asked them how they found the installation team of the solar and they replied:
Very helpful – they coordinated the work well with builders working on a home extension so that the installation took place at an appropriate time in relation to the building work. They were reliable and adhered to agreed times.
They were pleased how easy the system is to use and found the digital controller display very helpful towards planning their hot water usage and identifying when they needed to supplement their water heating with the use of their gas boiler. With the bad summer last year they commented how they would have liked more energy, but found that even on the overcast days the energy produced was beneficial.
We asked them why they chose to work with Rayotec over other suppliers and they responded:
We found Rayotec to provide excellent pre-sales information as well as a competitive price. Our initial knowledge was limited and Rayotec were helpful and informative. The quality of the service from initial contact throughout installation was excellent and they are a local company.
As a final comment we asked if there were any further comments they would like to make/improvements to be made and they answered with:
We feel that more homes/buildings should make use of thermal heating – some government initiatives maybe needed to promote this, but if Rayotec's marketing can emphasize benefits to home owners and benefits to the environment, that may help.
Thank you very much Mr Neal, we appreciate all your comments and we hope this summer is better for you!
