Geothermal - Ground Source Heat Pumps

How does a geothermal system work?
While the air temperature outside fluctuates up and down depending on the weather, the temperature underneath the ground doesn't. Temperatures underground remain remarkably stable all year long. With a geothermal system, which normally consists of an indoor control systems and a loop buried beneath the earth, uses these constant temperatures to provide free renewable energy. During the winter months, fluid which circulates through the geothermal system absorbs stored heat from the ground and brings it indoors. This is then distributed throughout your building. During the summer months the system reverses sucking heat out of the building and storing it underground.

Unlike regular heating systems, geothermal systems do not burn any fossil fuels to generate heat. The geothermal systems we install are actually 300% - 450% efficient as they actually provide three to four units of heat for every one unit used to power the system.

Geothermal systems literally work with Mother Earth, using basic physics they simply transfer heat into and out of the earth to maintain a pleasant environment indoors all year round. A small amount of electricity is required to operate the geothermal system's fan, compressor and heat pump. We can recommend utility companies that can provide 100% of your electricity needs from renewable energy sources providing your building's heating, cooling and electricity requirements with zero carbon emissions.

There's even more good news as geothermal systems are virtually maintenance free. When properly installed the buried loop will last for many decades. The other part of the system is housed indoors. Normally periodic checks and changing the filter is the only maintenance required.

Geothermal is ideally suited for farms, barns, new builds and commercial buildings. Find investment geothermal opportunities with Bad Credit Mortgage.
